If youโve decided to rent your vehicle in Sithonia, your best choice would be to do it online very much in advance as you might get better deals. Out-of-season, rental prices are significantly lower compared to the summer months, when you can expect a price increase of 40-100%. However, if you choose to look for a car on the spot you should try to visit all agencies and inquire well about the prices because they can vary depending on demand. Rent-a-car in Nikiti

While most agencies will charge a 15 to 35ะ surcharge for full coverage, some agencies, such as Ecomotion, include full coverage insurance in their prices. For rental purposes, the minimum age of the driver is 21, except for Ecomotion and Sonia Rent a Car where a minimum age of 23 is required.
Rent-a-car in Neos Marmaras
Neos Marmaras has four rental agencies: Avis, Drive Hellas, Auto365, and Car Choice. Surprisingly, Avis is the only agency that requires a Greek, European (EU), or international driver’s license, while all others require a valid license and passport. For payment, they all require you to have a credit card, while the amount of the deposit varies. The basic rental packages in the summer high season range from 40-55ะ, and depending on the agency, such as Greece Car Rentals and Car Choice, a surcharge of between 7ะ and 15ะ is paid to ensure full coverage insurance. Please note that all agencies provide basic CDW coverage, but you will need to inquire with each company individually for coverage details. The minimum rental age in all agencies, except Greece Car Rentals, is 21, while in Avis it is possible to pay a surcharge for a driver under 25 in the amount of 10e per rental day.
Rent-a-car in Sarti
Finally, if you are in Sarti and want to rent a car, MasterCar allows renting from Sarti. You need to be at least 23 years old, and non-EU citizens must have a valid international driver’s license. You can only pay with credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) in this agency. If you decide to rent a car in Sarti, you should do it for at least 3 days, because that is the minimum that this agency accepts. Rental prices range from 50e per day during the high season and decrease by about 20% during the low season.
For now, a car is still the best way for those who want to see the whole of Sithonia so it is our recommendation for visitors.
