Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 purple onion
- 5 tomatoes
- 12 olives
- Some feta cheese
- Some olive oil
- Oregano
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash all the vegetables and cut it in different bowls, as welk as feta cheese in small slices.Mix all the vegetables together in a big salad bowl and then add slices of cheeese on top. Season with oregano and salt and then put some olive oil and olives on it. You can also add some red wine vinegar.The best way to enjoy this salad is cold, from the fridge. It can refresh you nicely in hot summer months.

Greek salad ( or Horiatiki salad) is a light salad made of fresh vegetables, feta cheese, high quality olive oil, olives and seasoned with oregano. You can enjoy it on its own or accompany your main meal with it. It is a great starter or part of main meal. Whatever you do with it, you won’t regret it as it will definitely improve your meal.
