Lagonesi Beach, situated in the scenic enclave of Sithonia, was the epicenter of a fervent demonstration orchestrated by the “Freedom Beach Movement“. Determined citizens, united under a common cause, passionately voiced their demand for safeguarding communal spaces and the emancipation of the coastline from the clutches of unlawful beach chairs and umbrellas.
With fervor in their steps and determination, protesters traversed the expanse of Lagonesi’s coastline, banners aloft and placards bearing the resounding message: “Unrestricted and Open Beaches – A Right for Everyone.“
In a resolute declaration issued by the event’s organizers, it was underscored that the activists within the Movement remain unwavering in their commitment to upholding the sanctity of public shores. Their resolute efforts to uphold the essence of these shores persist unabated.
