Tournament Dates and Location
The event will take place from May 21st to May 24th, 2025 at the Porto Carras Golf Course in Sithonia, Greece. Set against the backdrop of Porto Carras Grand Resort, the tournament promises a one-of-a-kind golfing experience on one of the most scenic courses in Europe.
Tournament Format
The Porto Carras Pro-Am Golf Tournament is a team competition, featuring 30 teams. Each team consists of one professional and three amateurs. The format includes three rounds of tournament play plus a practice round, with players competing in a relaxed yet competitive environment.
Prize Fund
The total prize fund for the professional players is set at €16,500, with awards for both individual and team performances. This provides a great incentive for professionals to join and showcase their skills in this prestigious tournament.
Amateur Pro-Am Packages
Participants in the Pro-Am tournament are required to select from the following Amateur Pro-Am packages:
- €2,400: Double room for 5 nights at the Meliton Deluxe 5-Star Hotel (2 people) on half-board (HB), with both participants entering the Pro-Am, and attending the Welcome Cocktail and Awards Gala.
- €1,750: Double room for 5 nights (2 people) at Meliton Deluxe 5-Star Hotel on HB basis, with one participant in the Pro-Am and attending both the Welcome Cocktail and Awards Gala.
- €1,500: Single room for 5 nights at Meliton Deluxe 5-Star Hotel on HB basis, with participation in the Pro-Am and attending both the Welcome Cocktail and Awards Gala.
What’s Included in the Packages
Each package includes the following perks:
- 4 green fees (1 practice round and 3 tournament rounds)
- Transfers to and from the airport on specific dates and times
- Use of the practice range on tournament days
- Golf balls for practice
- On-course refreshments and snacks during the 3 tournament rounds
- Use of a trolley on tournament days
- Welcome pack with gifts
- Welcome Cocktail on May 21, 2025

For Professionals
- No Pro-Am package fee: Professionals play for free with a team of 3 amateurs.
- Accommodation: Complimentary accommodation for the professional (and spouse/partner) in a double room for 5 nights at the Meliton Deluxe 5-Star Hotel on a half-board (HB) basis. No extras are covered.
- Accompanying person: An accompanying person fee of €175 applies to the spouse/partner of each participating professional, which includes participation in the Welcome Cocktail and Awards Gala.
Important Policies
- Registration Deadline: Final entries must be submitted by April 30th, 2025. Entries are on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are limited spots available (only 30 teams).
- Entry Requirements: Amateurs are required to provide their exact handicap on the entry form, and confirmation is needed at the registration desk. Any amendments must be made before 10:00 AM on May 20th, 2025.
- Proof of Handicap: Prize winners must provide current proof of their handicap before receiving awards.
- EGA Slope System: This system will apply, and each amateur will play based on their sloped handicap.
