Greek Frappe (Iced coffee)

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 tbsp instant coffee Nescafe
  • 0-2 tbsp sugar optional
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 50 ml milk evaporated

Instructions
 

  • Get a tall glass, and add 2-3 teaspoons of instant coffee (Nescafe), and then add sugar to taste and a shot of cold water.
  • Use your mixer until you get a thick, creamy foam.
  • Pour the mixture into the serving glass.
  • Then add 3 ice cubes and some evaporated milk.
  • Fill up the glass with cold water and serve with a drinking straw. Of course, if you care about the environment, skip the straw part or use the bamboo or silicone kind ;)
  • Your Frappe is ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

To prepare a Greek frappe coffee try to get hold of a frappe mixer. If you don’t have it, a cocktail shaker will do the work, but you can also use an electric milk frother to make a creamy  froth.
