Greek national drink served everywhere in Greece - beaches, cafes, bars, summer, winter, to go, at home, etc. It really is a part of that widely known relaxing Greek lifestyle.
Get a tall glass, and add 2-3 teaspoons of instant coffee (Nescafe), and then add sugar to taste and a shot of cold water.
Use your mixer until you get a thick, creamy foam.
Pour the mixture into the serving glass.
Then add 3 ice cubes and some evaporated milk.
Fill up the glass with cold water and serve with a drinking straw. Of course, if you care about the environment, skip the straw part or use the bamboo or silicone kind ;)
Your Frappe is ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
To prepare a Greek frappe coffee try to get hold of a frappe mixer. If you don’t have it, a cocktail shaker will do the work, but you can also use an electric milk frother to make a creamy froth.
